I would like to be able to either manually load a CSV customer file or sync it into Airtable via their API. Our customer list in Shopify is replicated in Airtable and from Airtable we actually send out mass texts.
Fields of most interest are:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Address 1
Address 2
City
State/Province
Zip/provincial code
It would just be nice to quickly see who somebody is and some information on them when we’re communicating in Mango so that it’s a little bit of a CRM for the startup companies like ours. Something affordable, you know!
I can’t say how thankful I am to find mango as we’ve used another app to try to use our Twilio texting number and that other app was so glitchy there was no way we could make anything work. Perhaps it was just a misconfiguration somewhere in the ether but it consumed way too much of my time and was never resolved.
